County Operations Disrupted After Quorum Court Blocks Funding
At the Jefferson County Quorum Court meeting held on October 14, 2025, eight members of the Court voted against two appropriation ordinances — one to fund County General (Fund 1000) and another to fund Veteran Services (Fund 1000-800).
